It’s so exciting to see how local businesses have created new experiences in this time of social distancing and mask wearing. Ellms Family Farm has a new MOVIE and LIGHT SHOW every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from now until December 22nd.

All from the comfort and safe distance IN YOUR CAR, you will watch Rudolph story on a huge screen followed by MUSIC and PYROTECHNICS show. Each package, ranging from $50 – $75, includes entrance to the event and some holiday goodies.

If you are looking for precut or cut your own Christmas tree, Ellms Family Farm is a great place to go. You take the trolley out to the Christmas tree field where you can pick out the perfect tree and have the fun cutting it down yourself. Ellms Family Farms staff provide you with the saws and a cart to carry your tree back to the trolley. Once done, the trolley takes everyone back with their trees towed behind the trolley.

If you are looking for some family fun, Ellms Family Farm offers some activities for kids and hot chocolate for all ages. Grab snacks, lunch, and apple cider donuts at the Calla’s Café.

Choose and cut your own Christmas tree or buy a precut tree at Boulder Brook Farm. They supply you with everything you need, saw, sled to carry your tree, twine, and they will shake it and tie it up for you. Check out the shop with ornaments, wreaths, honey and other gifts.

If you are not interested in cutting down your own fresh Christmas tree, Sunnyside Gardens offers precut trees. They have all their trees standing upright so you can see exactly what they will look like in your home. They sell wreaths, kissing balls, poinsettias and other holiday plants. Starting in November, Sunnyside Gardens creates a fun place for kids and families.
